Design and production

• Fully developed, cut and sewn in Japan in small production runs

• Original STILLE bootcut pattern informed by motorcycle culture and developed for structure, movement and everyday wear

• Produced to order through limited preorders

• Each pair individually inspected and numbered in Japan

Denim

• 14oz Japanese black denim by Kuroki Co., Ltd. in Ibara, Okayama

• 100% cotton, non-stretch construction

• Black warp and black weft

• Deep, neutral black without blue or brown undertones

Construction

• Contoured, stabilized waistband

• Lowered belt loops for controlled belt placement

• Bar-tack reinforcement at the belt loops, pocket openings and fly base

• Reinforced crotch and inseam construction

• Tonal black construction stitching

Custom components

• Custom-moulded STILLE buttons

• Custom STILLE rivets at selected pocket stress points

• Custom pocket lining featuring artwork by Taiwanese tattoo artist Chun Ting (@awareinkling)

• Himeji cowhide patch embossed with a snakeskin texture and debossed with the STILLE logo

Finish

• No artificial distressing, resin coating or simulated wear

• Finished for dimensional stability while preserving the natural character of the denim
